Description
Sewage pump for stationary dry well installation in continuous operation.
-
Advantages
- Optimised impellers and low NPSH values facilitate smooth operation – even under partial or overload conditions.
- High overall efficiency ensures low operating costs
- Optimised design in the bearing bracket and additional sealing gap on the mechanical seal on the fluid side provide high reliability
- Easy impeller replacement due to back pull-out design and spacer coupling as standard. This makes it possible to remove the impeller without dismantling the hydraulics from the pipeline and the motor from the baseplate
- Shut “back pull out” unit: Dismantling without draining the oil in the sealing chamber.
-
Technical Features
Design
Sewage pump for stationary dry well installation in continuous operation in two versions:
- Unit: Hydraulics with standard motor, connected via coupling, fully mounted on baseplate
- Bare shaft: Hydraulics mounted on baseplate, coupling pre-assembled
Application
- Pumping of:
- Untreated sewage
- Sewage containing faeces
- Process water
- Wastewater
Equipment/function
- Winding temperature with PTC or Pt100 sensor (motor dependent)
- Optional external pencil electrode for the sealing chamber monitoring

Construction
Hydraulics
Hydraulic system with axial suction ports, radial discharge ports and bearing brackets as a single unit. The connections are configured as flange connections.
Seal
Bearing bracket with sealing and leakage chamber for admission of fluid ingress via the seal. Fluid-side seal via a bidirectional mechanical seal, coupling-side seal as a rotary shaft seal. The sealing chamber is filled with medical white oil, the leakage chamber is shut up to the coupling. Optionally, the sealing chamber can be monitored with an external pencil electrode.
Motor
IEC standard motor version B3 permanently connected with the hydraulics via spacer coupling. Three-phase current motor with thermal motor monitoring and motor efficiency class up to IE4.
Accessories
- External pencil electrode for monitoring the sealing chamber
- Switchgear, relays and plugs
- Fixation sets with anchor bolts
Options
- Ceram coating for abrasive and corrosive fluids
- IEC standard motor in corresponding version
- ‘Bare shaft’ version
