Sometimes, despite the best efforts product will fail. Trebles service engineers are often able to quickly assess if the faults of products are covered under the suppliers warranty.
When product is outside of warranty; economic repair of equipment is essential for keeping costs down. Trebles engineers can strip down and detail the work needed for repair to allow customers to make an informed decision.

Do you cover the whole UK?
Yes we do. Were we do not have Trebles in-house engineers available in certain locations, we used contracted and trusted third parties.

Can you do same day call out for breakdowns?
Where ever possible yes we can. On contacting the team with an initial enquiry we will always give realistic arrival times to sites by our engineers.

Can we drop products to you, rather than you coming to site/collecting?
Yes. Our service department is located at our main Wolverhampton site. Please contact the service team though before sending something into us so we can plan for receipt of the item.
