Freestanding Units
Every Trebles RAC Pack is supplied as a complete, factory-built assembly, helping reduce installation time and simplify on-site commissioning.
Each unit incorporates the circulation pump, pressure vessel, low-pressure switch, safety valve, and associated ancillaries within a robust galvanised steel frame. By delivering a fully integrated solution, Trebles helps contractors minimise on-site fabrication while ensuring consistent quality and reliable performance.
External Installation Options
Not every project has the luxury of a dedicated plant room. For installations where internal space is limited, Trebles RAC Packs can be housed within a marine-grade aluminium enclosure suitable for external environments.
This weatherproof solution protects critical equipment while maintaining easy access for servicing, helping maximise available building space without compromising performance.
The Trebles RAC Pack is controlled via a 0–10V signal from the air handling unit, ensuring precise synchronisation with the cooling system. Each unit includes integrated dry-run protection, automatic air purge functionality, and a pre-wired control panel with remote start/stop capability, pump alarm outputs, and low-pressure monitoring.
Designed for dependable long-term operation, RAC Packs require minimal maintenance once installed, providing a reliable and efficient solution for sealed cooling systems.
