Wilo-Comfort-Vario COR/T-1 Helix2.0 VE…-GE
The reliable pressure-boosting system for versatile applications with maximum hygiene requirements.
-
Description
The system separation and utilisation of a stainless steel high-pressure multistage centrifugal pump from the Wilo-Helix2.0-VE series makes this pressure-boosting system highly robust and efficient. The speed-controlled motor and integrated FC allows the Wilo-Comfort-Vario COR/T-1 Helix2.0 VE…-GE to operate reliably even under tough conditions. The variable pressure control enables flexible adaptation to specific requirements. The graphic display with plain text content enables users to always keep track of system operations. Communication with the building management system is ensured by the optional IF plug-in module.
-
Advantages
- The ready for connection design makes installation easy
- Compliance with high hygiene requirements for all applications that require system separation via a “Free outlet” (type AB) safety device in accordance with EN 13077
- High operational reliability due to robust stainless steel high-pressure multistage centrifugal pumps from the Wilo-Helix 2.0-VE series with air-cooled integrated frequency converters
- High energy efficiency through optimal load adjustment via variable pressure control (p-v)
- User-friendly graphic display with plain text content
- Optional IF plug-in modules for quick communication with the BMS ensure ease of control and monitoring
-
Technical Features
Design
Water-supply unit with system separation and a non-self-priming high-pressure multistage centrifugal pump with speed-controlled motor.
Application
- Fully automatic water distribution and boosting in inlet mode, either from the public water supply network or from a tank, for domestic, commercial, industrial and municipal applications (e.g. residential, office and administrative buildings, workshops, industrial and agricultural enterprises, water supply companies).
- Pumping of drinking water and process water, cooling water, fire water (apart from fire-fighting systems in accordance with DIN 14462 and with the approval of the local fire safety authorities) or other types of industrial water that do not attack the materials either chemically or mechanically and do not contain abrasive or long-fibre constituents.
Equipment/function
- One pump of the Helix2.0-VE 4 or Helix2.0-VE 6 series with IE5-equivalent standard motor and continuous control mode with integrated frequency converter
- PE break tank, atmospherically ventilated (150 l) for direct connection to the public water supply network. System separation takes place in accordance with DIN EN 1717, “Free drain”, type AB in accordance with EN 13077
- Corrosion-resistant components in contact with the fluid
- Shut-off valve, on the discharge side
- Non-return valve, on suction side
- Break tank including float valve and float switch (low-water signal transmitter)
- Diaphragm pressure vessel 8 l, PN 16, on the discharge side
- Low-water cut-out switchgear
