Flygt – Z lifting systems, dry horizontal pump

Flygt lift for dry pumps up to 100 kw, Flygt models 3085–3315

Service lifting bracket for safe handling of the drive unit and impeller, or the complete pump. Components are available for all horizontal, dry installed Flygt pump models 3085–3315.

All Flygt lifting equipment is tested and CE marked.

The drainage valve in the pump volute simplifies service. The wastewater drains away before the pump is opened.

Flygt lift for dry pumps bigger than 100 kw, Flygt models 3231–3800

The Z lifting device is used to lift and rotate the motor and impeller unit in the pump station and in the workshop. A clamp with hinges is installed on the drive unit.

This equipment can be used for handling the drive unit of any large Flygt pump 3231–3800 with cooling jacket.

All Flygt lifting equipment is tested and CE marked.

Dry Installation (Z)

​​​Horizontal, permanent, dry pump installation. The submersible pump is installed in a dry pit, with flange connection to suction and discharge piping. ​​
