Prefabricated TOPS Pumping Station
The TOPS pumping station is designed for sewage, effluent, and stormwater applications. It features a patented self-cleaning benching unit that minimises the accumulation of solids in the sump, preventing pump clogs. This design helps to reduce servicing and unplanned maintenance, making it a reliable choice for long-term use.
Our TOPS pump stations are standardised, prefabricated modules that simplify the construction and assembly process. Delivered pre-assembled with your specific configuration of valves, discharge piping, inlet and outlet connections, these stations are easily transportable, even to remote locations. Once in place, the pumps, monitoring, and control equipment can be quickly installed, with all piping, power, and control cables connected, allowing for rapid start up.
The station is fully adoptable under the ‘Sewers for Adoption’ (SFA) standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Additionally, its robust construction and thick walls allow for installation without a concrete surround, depending on ground conditions.
