Not every installation can be accommodated by a standard booster set. Trebles designs and manufactures bespoke booster sets around the requirements of the application, whether that means working within a restricted footprint, accommodating unusual pipework configurations or providing equipment for external installation.
Bespoke systems can be supplied for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications, including installations where the equipment needs to be housed within a weatherproof kiosk or designed around specific site requirements. Our in-house design, manufacturing and service teams can support the project from initial design through to testing and, where required, installation.

Design
Every Trebles bespoke booster set is designed by our in-house design team, with a focus on making the equipment as compact and accessible as possible without compromising serviceability.
Our team can design the booster set around your available space, pipework configuration and application requirements. 2D and 3D CAD drawings can also be provided on request to support project planning and installation.

Build
Bespoke booster sets are manufactured in-house at Trebles’ dedicated manufacturing facility in Wolverhampton.
We use UK and European components, with WRAS-approved components specified where required. Pump brands and system components can also be selected to meet the requirements of the application.

Test
Before leaving our manufacturing facility, every bespoke booster set is thoroughly checked against its design requirements.
Each unit undergoes electrical safety and build-quality checks before being issued with a test certificate. Where possible, the booster set can also be preset to the customer’s specified operating requirements before delivery.

Install
Trebles can also provide installation through our team of service engineers, taking the project from manufacture through to commissioning on site.
Whether you require a straightforward delivery and installation or a more comprehensive installation service, we can work with your team to provide the level of support required.

Can I choose the pump brand used in my booster set?
Yes. Trebles has established relationships with leading pump manufacturers, including Grundfos, Lowara and Wilo, allowing pump selection to be based on the requirements of the application.

Can you manufacture bespoke boosters for domestic applications?
Yes. While bespoke booster sets are primarily supplied for commercial and industrial applications, Trebles can manufacture systems for larger domestic installations where a standard unit is not suitable.

Can Trebles work with our own engineers during installation?
Yes. Our service team can work alongside your engineers or provide the installation itself, depending on the level of support required. This can range from delivery and handover through to a complete installation and commissioning service.
