Description
Whether in intermediate pumping stations, collector pumping stations or wastewater treatment plants – sewage pumps of the Wilo-Rexa BLOC series with low-clogging impeller or single-channel impellers enable reliable and flood-proof sewage transport even in continuous operation. The standard-equipped IE3 standard motors and high overall efficiency keep energy costs low. Maintenance and servicing work is simplified and operating costs are minimised by the back pull-out design.

Construction
Sewage pump in monobloc design with fitted standard motor for the stationary dry installation in continuous operation.
Hydraulics
Hydraulic system with axial suction ports, radial discharge ports and bearing brackets as a single unit. The connections are configured as flange connections.
Seal
Bearing bracket with sealing and leakage chamber for admission of fluid ingress via the seal. Fluid-side and motor-side sealing via a bidirectional mechanical seal. The sealing chamber is filled with medical white oil, the leakage chamber is empty and shut up to the motor.
Motor
IEC standard motor in B5 design as three-phase motor with motor efficiency class IE3.
