When the exciting news was announced that outdoor team sports could commence with specific new safety guidance in place, the Belvedere Park management team wanted to make sure they had everything in place to be safely up and running as soon as they were able to.

“Lockdown was a challenging time for everyone, but especially kids who were suddenly isolated from their friends. So as soon as we had the news we could make arrangements to open safely again we jumped into action.

The team at GM Treble were great, we didn’t really know anything about hand wash units and how they could be used outdoors, so our contact Steve Palmer arranged everything for us. He made sure a product fit for purpose was found and also helped with the installation. I really can’t praise the team enough.”

“It’s also great that the Pedrollo unit is easily portable and can also be placed indoors, meaning that in an ever changing situation, we can literally pick it up and move it pretty much anywhere.”

The unit was sourced through the GM Treble Derby branch, who managed the whole process, meaning the Belvedere Park team could just concentrate on what they do best – getting kids back outdoors enjoying football.

The Pedrollo Portable Hand Wash Station remains in position pitch side and has been utilised across all ages of grassroots football teams to help them get back to some levels of normality.
