It’s an easy start with the Aquavar Smart Start
The Aquavar is equipped with Smart Start that quickly and easily guides you through setup. The Smart Start menu will automatically configure your set up to the optimal settings for the specific application – eliminating the guesswork in set up. The Aquavar controller can be further customized for those applications with pump protections, I/O options, and multi-pump operation to get your pump system working just the way you need.
Energy Savings Potential
Energy is the largest cost of running any pump, with the biggest potential savings. Aquavar IPC works with your system to make it efficient. This intelligent variable speed drive controls the pump exactly according to the current requirements of the user. Compared to an unregulated system, it can save up to 70% of the energy consumption.
The smooth regulation at optimal operation increases not only the efficiency but also the life of the system’s components and reduces maintenance costs.
Retrofitting
Retrofitting the units from a fixed speed booster set not only eliminates the need for a control panel but also introduces a soft start function, that when combined with the benefits of running a pump at a variable speed, can prolong the life of the pump and the water system. Further, to the reduction of the in-rush current when the pump is turned on, parts such as motor bearings and pipe fittings are protected from hydraulic shock that can cause breakdown.
Ecodesign Directive
The combined power drive system of Aquavar with a Lowara IE3 pump motor has achieved the highest IES class, IES2, according to EN 50598-2. It’s designed to work as a complete, integrated solution — so you can meet energy and operating efficiency goals today and tomorrow.
