Jabsco Cyclone centrifugal pumps are engineered using 316 stainless steel and are ideal for engine cooling, closed-circuit circulation systems, livewell circulation, central heating, chemical transfer, calf feeding carts, and other flooded suction applications.
The Jabsco Cyclone pumps offer brushed motors capable of 2,500-3,500 hours along with an anti-clog impeller that allows small debris to pass through the pump. If servicing or adjustment is necessary, only a 3/8 inch wrench is needed to remove the impeller to inspect the mechanical seal.
The Cyclone series of pumps can also handle seawater, fresh water, anti-freeze, mild chemicals, and bilge water, and accepts fluid temperatures between 39ºF (4ºC) and 203ºF (95ºC).
The Cyclone series of pumps also features:
- 6.5 ft. (2m) suction lift with flooded inlet/suction
- ¾ inch NPTF or BSPF suction/discharge ports
- Various discharge port configurations available
- Carbon and stainless-steel mechanical seal
- Silent, vibration-free running
The Jabsco Cyclone centrifugal pumps are available in three different versions – Low Pressure, Hybrid, and High Pressure.
Cyclone │ Low Pressure
This long-life, continuously rated centrifugal pump delivers high flows up to 29 GPM (110 LPM) with a maximum pressure of 8.7 psi (0.6 bar). The Low Pressure Cyclone is ideal for hot water circulation duties such as engine cooling and central heating systems.
Cyclone │ Hybrid
The Cyclone Hybrid version accommodates flow rates up to 13 GPM (50 LPM) with a maximum pressure of 8.7 psi (0.6 bar).
Cyclone │ High Pressure
The High Pressure Cyclone is a long-life pump that delivers flows of up to 21 GPM (80 LPM) and pressures up to 17 psi (1.2 bar), making it ideal for general transfer and circulation duties for water and mild chemicals where more restrictions are present. It can be used in conjunction with trigger nozzles.
