STAINLESS STEEL CABLE PROTECTION HOSE
The stainless steel protection hose shields the power cable from mechanical and chemical damage.
The power cable of submersible pumps and mixers is made of flexible rubber. Even specially made cables like the Flygt SUBCAB® may need protection from wear and contamination, e.g. by oil on the water surface.
The watertight hose is cut to the desired length for each installation. A connection kit is used for fitting it on Flygt submersible pumps and mixers ordered with a threaded cable entry unit.
Wet Pit (P)
Semi permanent, submersible pump installation. Wet pit arrangement with the pump installed on twin guide bars with automatic connection to the discharge pipe.
Column (L)
Column pipe, semi permanent, submersible pump installation. Wet pit arrangement with the pump installed inside the discharge pipe, automatically seated on a flange.
Portable (F)
Free standing, semi permanent, submersible pump installation. Free standing pump with connection for discharge hose or pipe in sumps with restricted space.
Portable (S)
Portable, submersible pump installation. Portable pump with hose coupling or flange for connection to the discharge pipe.
Wet Pit (H)
Semi permanent, submersible pump installation. Wet pit arrangement with the pump suspended under the discharge connection. The pump is automatically connected to the discharge pipe.
