PH1L – Mechanical, Single
The Trebles PH1L is a floor-mounted pressurisation unit with simple mechanical pressure switch control, designed to maintain the required pressure in sealed heating and cooling systems.

Description
The PH1L uses a mechanical pressure switch for straightforward automatic pressure control. Its open design provides easy access to key components for servicing and allows manual dosing through the tank where required. A multistage pump is used to reduce the risk of seizure associated with peripheral pumps commonly found in pressurisation units.
The wider PH range is also available with digital controller options for more advanced control, monitoring and BMS communication. Digital versions can be supplied with a second standby pump and QuickFill functionality to assist with the initial filling of a sealed system.
The digital controller provides two programmable volt-free contacts as standard, which can be configured for high or low pressure, common fault, pump fault, system fault, water leak or service due alarms. A further three volt-free contacts can also be added where additional alarm or monitoring outputs are required.
